CREATE Kilkenny | Craft/Design Producer Development Programme

Posted 14.02.17

CREATE Kilkenny is a programme for individual designers/craftspeople and small-scale producers at the early stages of their development. It is aimed at those who wish to develop new products or enhance existing products, whilst developing their management capability in order to target new markets and customers. The programme involves a combination of group training workshops and one-to-one mentoring for individual participants. Each workshop will conclude with the development of a clear action plan for each participant to implement in the subsequent weeks. This will then be followed up with one-to-one mentoring sessions to help each participant successfully apply their learning. There will be a possible opportunity for participants to exhibit under 'CREATE Kilkenny’ at Showcase 2018.

The programme will be delivered by Aisling Hurley, founder of the Small Business Fairy and Managing Director of Teamwoodcraft.
