For over a decade Roisin Carragher has been building up her cottage industry from Teddy Bear Hill, where she creates unique collectable, loveable teddy bears. These special bears are not meant for children and are made with the adult collector in mind. Each handcrafted bear develops its own personality as it is stitched so not two bears are ever the same. These beautiful fully jointed bears are made especially for the discerning adult collector in top quality mohair. Among the accessories they may carry is a reminder of their Irish heritage in the form of a chip of traditional Irish turf, tucked away somewhere safe. A little Irish harp with the initials TBH for Teddy Bear Hill is embroidered on each bears foot. Teddy Bear Hill bears come in every shape and size from 12” up and vary in colour from the traditional to the wackier! Some mohair is hand dyed for that extra special bear.
