Anne Ryan is an established artist living in Kilkenny. Over the years her work has been sold in Ireland, England, Norway and America. She began painting purely as a hobby, using watercolours, ink and pastels. When she paints she likes to capture something special - images which we all cherish, in her paintings and limited edition prints. Images such as - children at play - animals in their environment - vivid colours of flowers and their movement - and unusual gardens and country scenes. Over the years she has endeavoured to bring a new perspective to the intrinsic beauty of Irish landscape and way of life.
