Before completing the DCCoI Jewellery and Goldsmithing Skills & Design Course, Yasmin interned in various mass production companies such as Rachel Entwistle in Shoreditch and Dower and Hall in Clapham. Upon graduation Yasmin wants to develop her skills in working with enamel and CAD/CAM. She hopes to gain further experience within professional goldsmithing workshops with the view to setting up her own business.

“Seeing a design idea materialise is highly rewarding. I love the way different materials move and change through different processes whether it’s enameling, engraving, smelting or forging. My confidence and knowledge in making has grown, both with the help of Eimear and Marie, and guest tutors such as Jane Short and Seamus Gill.”
