Q. How do I update my contact details?
A. Click on either ‘My Account’ or ‘Update my details’ and this will take you to your account page.  Then click ‘Edit’ on the right.  A new window will pop up where you can make changes to any field.

Q.  How do I add an image?
A.  When in your account page click on the ‘Related’ tab then scroll down to the section named ‘Files’, click on ‘Add Files’ then click on ‘Upload Files’ and choose the images you want to add from your folder. Alternatively you can drag the image into ‘Files’ section. Once your image or images have been added then scroll back to the top and click on ‘Approve My Images’ and ‘Save’. A notification will be sent to your account manager to view and approve your images.

Q.  How do I delete an image?
A.  When in your account page click on the ‘Related’ tab then scroll down to the section named ‘Files’, click on the image you want to delete and when it opens click 'Delete' at the top of the image.

Q. How do I express an interest to a programme?
A.  Click on the ‘Programmes’ tab to view all current programmes available. Once you have decided which programme you are interested in click on the ‘My Applications’ tab and then click ‘New’.  This will open a new window where you can add the programme you are interested in.

Q.  Are all the details on my account available to view on the Client Directory?
A. No, only a selected number of fields are available to view on the Client Directory.  These are:

  • Your name
  • Business name
  • Business address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Website
  • Social Media addresses
  • Profile (biography piece)
  • Discipline
  • Price range
  • Where work is available from

No other field in your account will be visible on the Client Directory.
