Network Support Scheme 2020 | Applications Open

Posted 25.02.20

*UPDATE*
DCCI will have a rolling deadline over the coming weeks for the Network Support Scheme to facilitate our GANS

This means we will keep the support scheme open for now and will be accepting applications on an ongoing basis over this period. We are inviting GANS to suggest alternative forms of support that may be more relevant to your organisations at this time that we can distribute through this scheme.

Your feedback is important, it will help us to decide what supports may have the most impact for the wider craft community. Once we have received your feedback, we will look at the best and most effective way that we quickly assess applications and provide support to you.

The Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) Network Support Scheme (NSS) provides funding for Guilds, Associations, Networks and Societies (GANS). This financial support scheme is available only to organisations that are subscribed to DCCI. The aim of the scheme is to provide funding for activities that will develop and professionalise our collective organisations.

Applications can be made for a range of activities, including:

  • Training and masterclasses
  • Website development
  • Strategic planning
  • Attendance at seminars or conferences
  • Hosting of, or participation in, group exhibitions and professionally-run craft events

Please note funding cannot be used for capital expenditure (for example, premises upgrade or fixed assets such as equipment), rent of premises, funding of solo exhibitions.
